Appeal, No. 1214, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1972, No. 1633, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Larry Cullison. Judgment of sentence affirmed.

Indictment charging defendant with violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before MIRARCHI, JR., J., without a jury.

Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed.
