Indictment charging defendant with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and corrupting the morals of minors. Before SMITH, JR., J. Verdict of guilty on indictment and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 16, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7503973A.
