Commonwealth's petition to extend time for commencement of trial and defendants' application for dismissal under Pa.R.Crim.P. 1100(f). Order entered denying Commonwealth's petition and discharging defendants, order by KOSIK, J. Commonwealth appealed. Appeals No. 2179 and 2180, Oct. T., 1978, from the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Nos. 753 and 757 of 1977. Argued March 19, 1979.
