Criminal proceedings. Possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (cocaine). Before ESHELMAN, J. No. 462 Oct. T., 1979. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, No. 77-07-8101. Argued March 20, 1980.
