Indictments charging defendant with attempt with intent to murder, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, illegal possession of burglary tools, larceny, and receiving stolen goods. Before SCHWARTZ, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 1256 and 1257, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1972, Nos. 1009 and 1012. Argued December 5, 1972.
