Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to ravish, corrupting morals of a minor, indecent assault, statutory rape, rape and related offenses. Before BOYLE, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 916 to 919, inclusive, Oct. T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1962, Nos. 925 to 928, inclusive. Argued September 9, 1969.
