Appeal, No. 13, Jan. T., 1972, from order of Court of Oyer and Terminer of Chester County, May T., 1967, No. 238, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Jose O. Collaso. Order affirmed.

Petition under Post Conviction Hearing Act. Before MARRONE, J.

Order entered dismissing petition. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which certified the case to the Supreme Court.
