Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder, riotous destruction of property, and related offenses. Before REED, J. Appeals, Nos. 453 to 457, inclusive, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1970, Nos. 1531, 1534, 1535, and 2265, and Dec. T., 1970, No. 887. Argued June 16, 1972.
