Indictment charging defendant with robbery, possession of firearms without a license, possession of prohibited offensive weapons, resisting arrest, crimes committed with firearms, theft by receiving stolen property, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, and conspiracy. Before KELLY, J. Verdict of guilty of robbery, theft by receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1683, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Dec. T., 1975, No. 45. Submitted December 6, 1977.
