Indictment charging defendant with interference with custody of children. Before CALDWELL, J., specially presiding, without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 739, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, No. 47 of 1976. Argued September 11, 1978.
