Indictments charging defendant with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, conspiracy, robbery and kidnapping. Before ANDERSON, J. Verdict of not guilty of conspiracy, robbery and kidnapping and guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2349, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1976, Nos. 2223 and 2224. Argued September 12, 1978.
