The judgment on the complaint for indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of fourteen is vacated, the finding is set aside, and the matter is remanded for a new trial. The judgment on the complaint for open and gross lewdness is vacated, the finding is set aside, and judgment is to enter in favor of the defendant.
