Indictments charging defendant with burglary and conspiracy. Before BODLEY, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2152, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 446 of 1977. Argued March 23, 1978.
