Indictments charging defendant with retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy. Before GARB, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1359, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 0536 of 1976. Argued December 14, 1977.

Arnold Laikin, with him Fox Fox, for appellant; Stephen B. Harris, First Assistant District Attorney, and Kenneth G. Biehn, District Attorney, submitted a brief for Commonwealth, appellee.


Judgment of sentence affirmed.
