Decisions Pursuant to Rule 1:28. The order denying the defendant's motion to correct mittimus is vacated, and a new order shall enter allowing the motion for the limited purpose of correcting the defendant's mittimus to reflect an additional twenty-four days of jail credit against his sentence imposed on July 22, 2004.
