Appeal, No. 135, Oct. T., 1963, from judgment of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, May T., 1961, Nos. 1005, 1006, 1003, and 1004, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. William Cabey, also known as Bill Cabey, also known as William Kabey. Judgment affirmed.

Indictments charging defendant with conspiracy, aggravated robbery, burglary, possession of a firearm during commission of a crime of violence, carrying a concealed weapon, assault and battery and aggravated assault and battery. Before LEFEVER, J.

Verdicts of guilty, motions for new trial and arrest of judgment refused, before SLOANE, P.J., REIMEL and LEFEVER, JJ., opinion by LEFEVER, J., and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.
