Indictment charging defendant with burglary, larceny, and receiving stolen goods. Before MARGIOTTI, JR., J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 138 to 141, inclusive, Oct. T., 1971, from judgments of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1966, No. 1295, and March T., 1968, Nos. 1344, 1345, and Dec. T., 1968, No. 1785. Submitted September 13, 1971.
