The judgment entered on the complaint charging the defendant with operating under the influence of liquor is reversed and the verdict is set aside. The verdict on the complaint charging the defendant with operating a motor vehicle without a license is set aside. On the complaint charging the defendant with giving a false name to a police officer, the verdict is set aside, and a judgment of not guilty is to enter on behalf of the defendant.
