Indictments charging defendant with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, criminal conspiracy and kidnapping. Before SMITH, J. Verdict of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 892, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1976, Nos. 1866, 1867, 1868, and 1872. Argued September 14, 1977.
