Argued September 13, 1978.

Indictment charging defendant with conspiracy, robbery, simple and aggravated assault, and possession of an instrument of crime generally. Before DiBONA, Jr., J., without a jury. Demurrer sustained to charge of conspiracy and defendant found not guilty of possession of an instrument of crime and guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2340, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1977, Nos. 969 and 970. Argued September 13, 1978.
