Indictments charging defendant with sodomy, statutory rape, corrupting the morals of a minor and unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license. Before BRADLEY, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 724, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1970, No. 1144. Submitted December 10, 1973.
