Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault with intent to kill and carrying a firearm on a public street. Before MEADE, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 442, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1973, Nos. 1198 and 1199. Argued March 26, 1974.
