Criminal proceedings. Unsworn falsification to authorities, making false reports to law enforcement authorities and criminal conspiracy. Before DEFURIA, J. Nos. 1094 and 1095 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Criminal Division, Nos. 5666 and 5667 of 1977.
