Indictments charging defendant with robbery, simple assault, aggravated assault and related offenses. Before WILLIAMS, JR., J. Verdict of guilty of simple assault, aggravated assault and robbery and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 980, Oct.
