Indictments charging defendant with robbery, simple assault, aggravated assault and related offenses. Before WILLIAMS, JR., J. Verdict of guilty of simple assault, aggravated assault and robbery and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 980, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1974, Nos. 1480, 1481, 1482, 1483, and 1489. Argued June 21, 1976.
