Indictments charging defendant with wantonly pointing a firearm, obstructing an officer in execution of process, and related offenses. Before BODLEY, J. Appeals, Nos. 1033 and 1034, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Nos. 1686 and 1686-1 of 1970. Argued December 6, 1972.
