Indictment charging defendant with criminal conspiracy, forgery and receiving stolen property. Before KOCH, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Petition under Post Conviction Hearing Act denied. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1274, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Nos. 441/444, and 668/671, of 1975.
