Indictments charging defendant with simple assault, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and robbery. Before DAVISON, J. Verdict of guilty of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and robbery and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 265, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Nos. 1876, 1877, and 1878 of 1974. Argued June 16, 1976.
