Criminal proceedings. Rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, terroristic threats and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before FRANKS, J. No. 787 Pittsburgh 1981. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, Criminal Division, Nos. 518 and 518 1/5 of 1980. Submitted: March 17, 1982.
