Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, burglary, and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before ROSENBERG, J. Appeal, No. 860, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1973, Nos. 467 to 474, inclusive. Argued December 5, 1974.
