Indictment charging defendant with rape. Before BROWN, P.J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Order entered dismissing petition for writ of coram nobis and petition for relief under the Post Conviction Hearing Act. Defendant appealed. Appeals, Nos. 435 and 2244, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Clinton County, Jan. T., 1975, No. 65. Argued December 6, 1976.
