Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before LEWIS, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 296, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. 301 of 1975. Argued April 19, 1976.
