Indictments charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before WIEAND, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 565, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, No. 984 of 1974. Argued June 16, 1976.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
