Indictments charging defendant with burglary, robbery and assault and battery with intent to ravish. Before PORTER, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 431, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1973, Nos. 1324, 1325, and 1326. Submitted April 2, 1976.
