Indictments charging defendant with simple assault, aggravated assault, indecent assault, robbery, rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, possession of a weapon with intent to use it criminally and theft by receiving stolen property. Before LOWE, J. Appeal, No. 1506, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Oct. T., 1974, Nos. 4296, 4296.3, 4296.4, and 4296.6. Submitted December 16, 1975.
