Indictment charging defendants with participating in a riot, assault by prisoner, aggravated assault and battery and related offenses. Before STRAUSS, J. Appeal, No. 260, April T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, April T., 1972, No. 3795. Argued November 13, 1973.
