Appeal, No. 374, Oct. T., 1965, from judgment of Court of Quarter Sessions of Berks County, June T., 1964, No. 24. Indictment charging pool selling or bookmaking, being concerned in lottery, traffic in lottery tickets and establishing a gambling place. Argued June 15, 1965.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
