Indictments charging defendant with simple and aggravated assault and weapons offenses. Before KING, J., without a jury. Defendant found not guilty of weapons offenses and guilty of other charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 450, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, No. 907-07-76. Argued September 16, 1977.
