Indictments charging defendant with forcible rape, corrupting the morals of a minor, robbery, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery and related offenses. Before CAIN, JR., J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1530, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1972, Nos. 678 to 682, inclusive. Argued March 19, 1974.
