Indictments charging defendant with burglary and conspiracy. Before ACKER, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 562, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, Jan. T., 1976, Nos. 15, 16, and 17. Submitted November 14, 1977.
