Indictments charging defendants with aggravated assault and battery, assault with intent to maim and assault with intent to kill. Before SAWYER, P.J. Appeals, Nos. 389 and 395, April T., 1973, from judgments of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, No. 630 of 1972. Argued November 15, 1974.
