Criminal proceedings. Kidnapping and recklessly endangering the life of another. Before FRANKS, J. No. 879 Pittsburgh 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, Criminal Division, Nos. 698 and 700 of 1979.
