Indictment charging defendant with robbery, burglary, and conspiracy to commit burglary. Before WAJERT, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which remanded the case to the lower court for an evidentiary hearing to determine effectiveness of counsel. Order entered finding that trial counsel was not ineffective, order by WAJERT, J., specially presiding. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1102, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Oct. T., 1974, No. 3592. Argued September 13, 1977.
