Indictments charging defendant with robbery, murder, voluntary manslaughter and involuntary manslaughter. Before POPOVICH, HARPER and SCHWARTZ, JJ. Finding of guilty as to robbery and murder. Judgments of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, Nos. 23 and 24 of 1979, Special Transfer Docket, Pittsburgh District, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nos. 7707337 and 7707370. Submitted: May 7, 1979.
