Appeals, Nos. 91 to 96, inclusive, Oct. T., 1966, from judgments of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, June T., 1960, Nos. 513, 514, 515. Indictments charging defendant with prostitution and assignation, sodomy, solicitation to commit sodomy, pandering, fornication, and possession of burglary tools. Argued March 23, 1966.

This appeal having been allowed by order of the lower court before considering the issues now being presented, the record is remanded to the lower court with directions to dispose of any post-trial motions which appellant is now granted fifteen days leave to file nunc pro tunc.
