Indictments charging defendant with possession of instruments of crime, simple assault, aggravated assault, and conspiracy. Before TROMMER, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 287, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1975, Nos. 638, 639, and 640. Submitted April 2, 1976.
