Appeals, Nos. 210 and 211, Jan. T., 1969, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas No. 2 of Philadelphia County, March T., 1966, No. 3195, in case of Commonwealth to use of J. Webster Jones v. William M. Lennox et al. Judgment affirmed.

Assumpsit.

Motion by plaintiff for judgment on the pleadings denied as to both defendants and motions of defendants for judgments on the pleadings granted, opinion by BARBIERI, J. Plaintiff appealed.
