Appeal, No. 350, Oct. T., 1964, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, April T., 1964, No. 7. Habeas corpus. Submitted September 14, 1964.

Frank Bordner, appellant, in propria persona; W. Richard Eshelman, District Attorney, for appellee.

The cause is remanded to the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County for further consideration and appropriate proceedings in the light of Gideon v. Wainwright, 372 U.S. 335, 83 S. Ct. 792, 9 L. After hearing the evidence, the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County shall make its findings and enter an appropriate order of judgment consistent with the evidence and the law, and the opinion of the Supreme Court in Gideon v.
