Decision Pursuant to Rule 1:28.
The portion of the supplemental judgment allowing recovery by the plaintiff, Commercial Loan Services, Inc., of $108,709.87 with interest and costs is affirmed. The portion of the supplemental judgment that enters judgment for the plaintiff on count II for fraudulent transfer is reversed; the portion of the supplemental judgment allowing levy of execution by the plaintiff on the described condominium property of Anne F. Gallagher is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Superior Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
