Opinion

No. AJ-49.

July 29, 1982.

Appeal from an order by Deputy Commissioner Elwyn M. Akins.

Bernard J. Zimmerman and Michael M. O'Brien of Akerman, Senterfitt Edison, Orlando, for appellant.

Victor J. Musleh of Musleh, Piccin, Atkins Krehl and Seymour H. Rowland, Jr., Ocala, for appellee.

Affirmed, subject to deletion of paragraph three of the decretal portion of the order. Appellee concedes that the issue of future medical costs was not before the deputy commissioner. See Goodyear Service Store v. Rockey, 382 So.2d 816 (Fla. 1st DCA 1980).

SHIVERS, SHAW and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
