Appellees' September 30, 2020, Opposed Motion to Realign Parties for Oral Argument or to Reallocate Time and Order of Argument ("Motion") is DENIED.
On our own motion, we grant Appellees an additional five minutes for oral argument—thereby affording Appellees a total of 25 minutes for argument—when this case is submitted on October 6, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.
Appellees shall have the option to reserve a portion of their time to provide rebuttal after Appellant's reply.
